Terms of Service & Refund Policy

What we sell
ExamPassRate (exampassrate.com), a service of TaggedWeb Inc., provides original practice questions, study material, and timed mock-exam software for securities licensing exams, currently the NASAA Series 65 and Series 66 and the FINRA Series 7. Products are one-time purchases, per exam: Mock Exams ($69 USD) — the complete question bank, unlimited timed mock exams, per-section practice, and score reports (Series 65, Series 66, or Series 7); Crash Course ($69 USD) — the Series 65 Frequently Tested Concepts review and untimed study mode; and Complete Prep ($99 USD) — the Series 65 Mock Exams and Crash Course together. Each purchase includes 3 months of access from the date of purchase (purchases made before September 1, 2026 include the 6 months they were sold with). Access is delivered immediately after payment via a signed access code (format EPR-…) that works on up to 5 devices. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
Pass guarantee
An investment adviser may never guarantee a client against loss — it's on the exam. A test-prep service can, so here is ours: train with our simulations, sit your exam, and if you don't pass, we refund your purchase. The conditions, all of which have to be met:
- The guarantee applies to Mock Exams (Series 65, Series 66, and Series 7) and Complete Prep. The Crash Course on its own has no timed sittings to base it on, so it isn't covered.
- Before your exam date, you completed at least two full-length simulations of the exam you bought (Series 65: the 140-question, 3-hour sitting, scored 92 of 130 or better; Series 66: the 110-question, 150-minute sitting, scored 73 of 100 or better; Series 7: the 130-question, 225-minute sitting, scored 90 of 125 or better) on each. Completed sittings are recorded on our side under your access code, so there's nothing to screenshot or save.
- Each qualifying simulation was taken in one sitting, unaided — no leaving the simulator, no looking up answers, no notes — the way you'll sit the real exam. We record the time taken and how often the simulator tab was left during a sitting, and a sitting that plainly wasn't taken this way doesn't count.
- You sat the exam within your 3-month access window, and it was your first attempt after purchase.
- Within 14 days of the exam, you emailed contact+epr@taggedweb.com your official score report (the Prometric result showing a fail) from the address you used at checkout, or with your EPR- code.
We verify the sittings against our records and refund the amount you actually paid to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. One refund per person. The guarantee is a refund policy — it is not a prediction that you will pass, and it doesn't change anything about how the exam is scored.
Free access we give out, such as a guest pass, isn't a purchase, so neither the pass guarantee nor the refund policy below applies to it. If you later buy, the guarantee covers that purchase from the day you buy it.
Refund policy
Separately from the guarantee: if the product isn't for you, email us within 24 hours of purchase and, provided you haven't completed a full-length simulation, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Like an airline fare, the window is short by design; after 24 hours the pass guarantee is the refund path. Include the email address you used at checkout or your EPR- access code so we can locate the purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. After any refund, the associated access code is deactivated.
Requests outside these terms are handled case by case; write to us anyway and we'll try to be reasonable.
License and acceptable use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the question bank and simulator for your own exam preparation. All questions, explanations, and software are the intellectual property of ExamPassRate. You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish, or share the questions or your access code. Each access code can be redeemed on a limited number of devices or browsers (currently five) — comfortably more than one person needs, deliberately fewer than a shared code survives. If you hit the limit legitimately (new phone, cleared cookies), contact us and we'll reset it. We may deactivate codes that show clear signs of sharing or abuse; if that happens to you in error, contact us and we'll restore access.
No guarantee of exam results
Our material is study practice, not a promise. Passing the Series 65 (or any exam) depends on your preparation, and we make no guarantee that using ExamPassRate will result in a passing score. Pass-rate figures on this site labeled "estimate" are industry estimates, not regulator statistics; passing scores and exam structure are as published by the regulators and may change — always confirm current exam details with the official NASAA and FINRA sources before your test date.

Non-affiliation
ExamPassRate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NASAA, FINRA, or Prometric. All questions are original material written to test the same concepts, weighting, and pacing as the published NASAA Series 65 exam outline. Actual exam questions are NASAA's intellectual property and are not used here — no legitimate prep provider uses them, and practicing the underlying concepts is what improves your chances of passing. Series exams are administered by FINRA; NASAA exams are administered by FINRA on behalf of NASAA.
Payments and security
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We store the minimum needed to service your purchase: your checkout email address, your access code, and purchase metadata. We don't sell your data or send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update questions, features, and these terms; material changes to the terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we ever discontinue the service during your access window, we'll refund your purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamPassRate's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam fees, lost income, or missed professional opportunities.
