What we sell

ExamPassRate provides original practice questions and timed mock-exam software for securities licensing exams, currently the NASAA Series 65. Full access is a one-time purchase of $49 USD that unlocks the complete question bank, unlimited timed mock exams, per-section practice, and score reports for 12 months from the date of purchase. Access is delivered immediately after payment via a signed access code (format EPR-…) that works on any device. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.

Refund policy

If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Include the email address you used at checkout or your EPR- access code so we can locate the purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. After a refund, the associated access code is deactivated.

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are handled case by case; write to us anyway and we'll try to be reasonable.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the question bank and simulator for your own exam preparation. All questions, explanations, and software are the intellectual property of ExamPassRate. You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish, or share the questions or your access code. We may deactivate access codes that show clear signs of sharing or abuse; if that happens to you in error, contact us and we'll restore access.

No guarantee of exam results

Our material is study practice, not a promise. Passing the Series 65 (or any exam) depends on your preparation, and we make no guarantee that using ExamPassRate will result in a passing score. Pass-rate figures on this site labeled "estimate" are industry estimates, not regulator statistics; passing scores and exam structure are as published by the regulators and may change — always confirm current exam details with the official NASAA and FINRA sources before your test date.

Practice questions and explanations are educational material about exam concepts. They are not investment, legal, or tax advice, and no adviser-client relationship is created by using this site.

Non-affiliation

ExamPassRate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NASAA, FINRA, or Prometric. All questions are original practice material testing the concepts on the published NASAA Series 65 exam outline; they are not actual exam questions. Series exams are administered by FINRA; NASAA exams are administered by FINRA on behalf of NASAA.

Payments and security

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We store the minimum needed to service your purchase: your checkout email address, your access code, and purchase metadata. We don't sell your data or send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update questions, features, and these terms; material changes to the terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we ever discontinue the service during your 12-month access window, we'll refund your purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamPassRate's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam fees, lost income, or missed professional opportunities.
